Our network of regional Service Centres offers our clients a range of convenient and prompt services to keep your products working, to provide spare parts and to carry out repairs and servicing whenever and wherever it is required.

Spare Parts
  • We hold a large range of spare parts for all our products, all supplied by from the same source as the manufacture of the original product.
  • Our technical teams can provide technical help with parts diagrams and advice on identifying the exact parts that you require. You can also visit our Spare Parts Portal to view all of our diagrams online.
  • We stock a large number of spare parts in our warehouses and are ready to provide them quickly to wherever you need them.
  • We can provide online ordering for many of our parts and ship them direct to your door, making then even easier for you to access. Go to the Sachtler Store or Vinten Store for details.
Service and Repair
  • Our Service Centres can provide regular maintenance on your entire range of Vitec Videocom products to keep them working perfectly, even after extended or extreme operation.
  • We can quickly and efficiently diagnose problems with products and provide advice on what is required to bring it back to fully working order.
  • Our technical team can carry out a full range of repairs on your product, from a minor service to a major overhaul. All our engineers are fully trained and highly experienced and we guarantee top quality and a swift repair.

Service Agreements
  • To ensure on-going performance of your Vitec Videocom products, we can provide a suite of aftersales services for a fixed price that will provide everything you need. This can include maintenance visits to your site by an engineer, dedicated spare parts to keep you moving, Operator training and fast and efficient technical helplines.
